- 1 medium head of cauliflower about 4 cups of florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water or plant-based milk for extra richness
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce like Frank’s RedHot
- 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil optional, for richer sauce
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Dry cauliflower florets thoroughly.
Whisk flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and water. Dip each floret in batter and place in air fryer basket.
Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Work in batches.
Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter (if using). Toss cooked cauliflower in sauce until coated. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
