Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures the brie melts evenly without burning.
  • Place the wheel of brie in an oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can leave the rind on; it helps the brie hold its shape as it melts.
  • Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the brie. Then, sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the honey. Make sure the walnuts are spread out so you get a little in each bite.
  • Place the brie in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty. Keep a close eye on it to prevent it from completely melting and losing its shape.
  • Carefully remove the Baked Brie with Honey and Walnuts from the oven and let it cool slightly for a minute or two. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping.
