- 4 large croissants
- 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice croissants in half horizontally, then cut each half into 2-3 bite-sized pieces.
Arrange croissant pieces on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Combine sliced strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Let sit for a few minutes.
