- 4 store-bought flatbreads or naan breads
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce plus extra for drizzling
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers any color
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a baking sheet in the oven while it heats.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ½ cup of BBQ sauce until well coated.
Brush each flatbread with olive oil on both sides.
Spread remaining BBQ sauce evenly across each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer with BBQ chicken, bell peppers, and red onions.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings.
Carefully transfer flatbreads to the hot baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with fresh cilantro.
