Ingredients
  

  • 4 store-bought flatbreads or naan breads
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers any color
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a baking sheet in the oven while it heats.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ½ cup of BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Brush each flatbread with olive oil on both sides.
  • Spread remaining BBQ sauce evenly across each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Layer with BBQ chicken, bell peppers, and red onions.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings.
  • Carefully transfer flatbreads to the hot baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and top with fresh cilantro.
