Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 15.25 ounces white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine cake mix and softened butter in a large mixing bowl until crumbs form.
  • Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  • Mix on low speed until just combined and smooth. Do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in blueberries using a spatula.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden brown and centers are set.
  • Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
