Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint fresh blueberries about 2 cups, or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, plus extra for greasing dish
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
  • Scatter the blueberries evenly in the bottom of your greased baking dish. If using frozen blueberries, use them directly from frozen.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, whisking continuously until smooth.
  • Pour in the melted butter to the batter and whisk again until fully incorporated.
  • Gently pour the batter evenly over the blueberries in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set and lightly golden brown.
  • Let the Blueberry Clafoutis cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
