Brie and Jam Croissant

- 4 large croissants
- 4 ounces Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup jam
- Optional Toppings: A sprinkle of sliced almonds or a drizzle of honey
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through, leaving a small hinge.
Open up each croissant and spread a generous layer of jam on the bottom half.
Slice the Brie into thin pieces and arrange them evenly on top of the jam.
Gently close the croissants and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the Brie is melted and bubbly.
For optional toppings, add sliced almonds on top and put them back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
Let the croissants cool slightly before serving.
