  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 8-ounce can refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and buffalo wing sauce.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and pinch seams together to form a rectangle.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border along one long edge.
  • Roll up the dough into a log starting from the long edge opposite the border.
  • Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Place pinwheels on the baking sheet with space between. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the pinwheels cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
