- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 8-ounce can refrigerated crescent roll dough
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and buffalo wing sauce.
Add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to the bowl. Mix well.
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and pinch seams together to form a rectangle.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border along one long edge.
Roll up the dough into a log starting from the long edge opposite the border.
Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
Place pinwheels on the baking sheet with space between. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the pinwheels cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
