Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

A quick, satisfying meal perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Creamy Caesar dressing, crispy romaine, tender chicken, and Parmesan in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons lightly crushed
  • 1 lemon optional, for zest

Instructions
 

  • Combine romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan in a bowl. Toss until evenly coated. Add salt/pepper if needed.
  • Place a tortilla on a surface. Spoon 3/4 cup of mixture into the center, leaving a border. Sprinkle with croutons and lemon zest (optional).
  • Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
