Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
- 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing plus extra for drizzling
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons lightly crushed
- 1 lemon optional, for zest
Combine romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan in a bowl. Toss until evenly coated. Add salt/pepper if needed.
Place a tortilla on a surface. Spoon 3/4 cup of mixture into the center, leaving a border. Sprinkle with croutons and lemon zest (optional).
Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
