Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Place chocolate and coconut oil in a heat-safe bowl and melt in microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each croissant into melted chocolate, coating half.
  • Add sprinkles immediately after dipping, while chocolate is wet.
  • Place dipped croissants on baking sheet and let chocolate set.
  • Ensure croissants are dry before serving.
