- 2 pounds chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 packet 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Cooked and crumbled bacon optional
- Shredded cheddar cheese optional
- Chopped green onions optional
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the entire packet of dry ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
Place the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Gently pour the chicken broth around the chicken.
Cover your slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Cook on high for 3-4 hours for this recipe.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker.
Stir the shredded chicken with the melted cream cheese and sauce until well combined and creamy.
Optional: Stir in cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
