Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 packet 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Cooked and crumbled bacon optional
  • Shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • Chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the entire packet of dry ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Place the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Gently pour the chicken broth around the chicken.
  • Cover your slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Cook on high for 3-4 hours for this recipe.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker.
  • Stir the shredded chicken with the melted cream cheese and sauce until well combined and creamy.
  • Optional: Stir in cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
