  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs in a shallow dish.
