Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup pineapple cored and cubed
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges peeled and segmented
  • 2 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, cube the pineapple, peel and segment the mandarin oranges, and peel and slice the kiwi. This step makes sure all your fruit is clean and ready to combine.
  • In a large bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, red grapes, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and kiwi. Be careful not to mash the fruit.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest (if using). Make sure the honey is well combined with the lime juice to create a smooth dressing.
  • Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture in the large bowl. Gently toss to ensure all the fruit is evenly coated with the dressing.
