- 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Then, lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Take each biscuit and cut it into quarters.
In a medium-sized bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Once melted, add the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Stir everything together until it's well combined.
Add the biscuit pieces to the bowl with the garlic butter mixture. Gently toss everything together until each biscuit piece is evenly coated.
Place the coated biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they're spread out in a single layer and not overcrowded.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let the biscuit bites cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if you're using it, and serve warm.
