Ingredients
  

  • 4 large pre-made croissants
  • 4 ounces goat cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Carefully slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through.
  • Evenly spread softened goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Dollop a generous spoonful of fig jam on top of the goat cheese.
  • Lightly drizzle honey over the fig jam.
  • Carefully close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Garnish each croissant with fresh thyme.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
