- 4 large pre-made croissants
- 4 ounces goat cheese softened
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh thyme sprigs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through.
Evenly spread softened goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
Dollop a generous spoonful of fig jam on top of the goat cheese.
Lightly drizzle honey over the fig jam.
Carefully close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Garnish each croissant with fresh thyme.
Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
