- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks 1-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Red bell pepper chunks
