- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, undrained

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and garlic to the beef, cooking until the onion becomes translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
Add the uncooked macaroni to the mixture and stir well to combine.
Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and top with shredded cheese.
Return to oven, uncovered, for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
