- 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large croissants
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions sesame seeds, shredded carrots, kimchi
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, making sure all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
