Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 tablespoons 1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, gently combine the sliced peaches and blackberries.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Pour the milk into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
  • Melt the butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter in the baking dish. Don't stir.
  • Spoon the peach and blackberry mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
  • Let the cobbler cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
