Peach Nutella Croissant

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 large ripe peach peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • Powdered sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through to create a pocket.
  • Spread Nutella on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Arrange peach slices on top of the Nutella.
  • Close the top half of the croissant over the filling and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and Nutella is melted.
  • Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve.
