Peach Nutella Croissant

- 4 large croissants
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 large ripe peach peeled, pitted, and sliced
- Powdered sugar optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through to create a pocket.
Spread Nutella on the bottom half of each croissant.
Arrange peach slices on top of the Nutella.
Close the top half of the croissant over the filling and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and Nutella is melted.
Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve.
