- 4 large croissants
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through.
Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on the bottom half of each croissant.
Spread a layer of your chosen jelly or jam on top of the peanut butter.
Gently close the croissants, pressing the top half down slightly.
Place the filled croissants on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until they're heated through and the croissants are golden brown and slightly crispy.
Carefully remove the croissants from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before serving.
