Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup jelly or jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Carefully slice each croissant horizontally, almost all the way through.
  • Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Spread a layer of your chosen jelly or jam on top of the peanut butter.
  • Gently close the croissants, pressing the top half down slightly.
  • Place the filled croissants on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until they're heated through and the croissants are golden brown and slightly crispy.
  • Carefully remove the croissants from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before serving.
