- 2 fresh tuna steaks about 6 oz each, 1-inch thick
- 3 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for searing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
In a shallow dish, combine white and black sesame seeds.
