Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8-10 corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • Lime wedges
  • Hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the spices for the shrimp in a bowl. Pat shrimp dry and toss with the spice mixture.
  • Make slaw by combining cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, mayo, and honey. Toss and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Warm tortillas.
  • Layer tortillas with slaw, shrimp, avocado, and lime.
