- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 8-10 corn tortillas
- 1 avocado sliced
- Lime wedges
- Hot sauce optional
Mix all the spices for the shrimp in a bowl. Pat shrimp dry and toss with the spice mixture.
Make slaw by combining cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, mayo, and honey. Toss and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
Warm tortillas.
