Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced cooked steak
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • Optional: sauteed onions
  • Optional: everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  • Lay croissant bottoms on a baking sheet. Divide steak evenly among croissants, then top with cheddar cheese.
  • Place croissant tops back on. Brush tops with softened butter.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
