Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 8 ounces sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese sliced or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add steak to the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your liking.
  • Slice croissants horizontally.
  • Place cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with cooked steak and another layer of cheese.
  • Optional: Warm in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.
