- Fresh Strawberries 1 pound
- Strawberry Jell-O Gelatin 3-ounce package
- Boiling Water 1 cup
- Cold Water 1/2 cup
- Cream Cheese 8 ounces, softened
- Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
- Whipped Topping 8-ounce container, thawed
- Mini Marshmallows 2 cups
Wash, hull, and slice your fresh strawberries. Set them aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the strawberry Jell-O and the boiling water until dissolved. Stir in cold water.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until combined. Mix in vanilla extract.
Slowly pour the partially cooled Jell-O mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth.
Gently fold in thawed whipped topping, sliced strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour, or until set.
