Ingredients
  

  • Fresh Strawberries 1 pound
  • Strawberry Jell-O Gelatin 3-ounce package
  • Boiling Water 1 cup
  • Cold Water 1/2 cup
  • Cream Cheese 8 ounces, softened
  • Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
  • Whipped Topping 8-ounce container, thawed
  • Mini Marshmallows 2 cups

Instructions
 

  • Wash, hull, and slice your fresh strawberries. Set them aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the strawberry Jell-O and the boiling water until dissolved. Stir in cold water.
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until combined. Mix in vanilla extract.
  • Slowly pour the partially cooled Jell-O mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth.
  • Gently fold in thawed whipped topping, sliced strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
  • Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour, or until set.
