- 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
- 3- ounce package strawberry Jell-O gelatin powder
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup pineapple chunks drained (optional)
Wash and hull fresh strawberries. Slice them into bite-sized pieces. If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (1-2 minutes).
Sprinkle strawberry Jell-O powder over the whipped cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until dissolved and evenly distributed.
Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until completely combined, keeping the mixture light and airy.
Add pineapple chunks (optional) and gently fold into the mixture.
Add mini marshmallows and sliced strawberries. Gently fold everything together until evenly distributed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to chill and set.
