Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 3- ounce package strawberry Jell-O gelatin powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull fresh strawberries. Slice them into bite-sized pieces. If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain well.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (1-2 minutes).
  • Sprinkle strawberry Jell-O powder over the whipped cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until dissolved and evenly distributed.
  • Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until completely combined, keeping the mixture light and airy.
  • Add pineapple chunks (optional) and gently fold into the mixture.
  • Add mini marshmallows and sliced strawberries. Gently fold everything together until evenly distributed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to chill and set.
