- 1 package 15.25 ounces Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
Crush the Oreos: Put Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
Make the Oreo Crust: Combine crushed Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
