Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 15.25 ounces Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and sliced

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreos: Put Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
  • Make the Oreo Crust: Combine crushed Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • Whip the Heavy Cream: In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine Cream Cheese and Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  • Assemble the Dessert: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight, to set.
