- 1 large bunch kale stems removed and roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free option
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
