Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 1/2 pound sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: Lettuce leaves tomato slices, mayonnaise or condiment

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
  • Add the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
  • Slice each croissant horizontally, leaving a hinge.
  • Spread a generous layer of seasoned avocado on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Layer slices of turkey on top of the avocado.
  • Add optional toppings like lettuce or tomato if desired.
  • Gently fold the top half of the croissant over the filling.
  • Serve immediately.
