- 4 large croissants
- 8 ounces sliced deli turkey
- 4 ounces Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup Arugula optional
- 1 tablespoon melted butter optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice croissants horizontally.
Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom halves of croissants. Layer turkey and Brie.
Optionally add Arugula.
Replace top halves. Optionally brush with melted butter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and croissants are golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
