Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 8 ounces sliced deli turkey
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup Arugula optional
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice croissants horizontally.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom halves of croissants. Layer turkey and Brie.
  • Optionally add Arugula.
  • Replace top halves. Optionally brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and croissants are golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
