  3. Layer each tortilla with equal portions of chopped romaine lettuce, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Cook Time and Serving Size

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes (assuming pre-cooked chicken)
Servings: 2 large wraps

Recipe Notes

  • For meal prep, keep the wet ingredients (dressing, tomatoes) separate until ready to assemble to prevent soggy wraps.
  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time and add extra flavor.
  • To make these wraps healthier, opt for whole wheat tortillas and light Caesar dressing.
  • For extra crunch, try adding diced cucumbers or red onions.
  • If your tortillas are breaking while rolling, try warming them slightly more or use fresh ones.
  • These wraps can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours if wrapped tightly in foil.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute the chicken with grilled portobello mushrooms or chickpeas.
